  1. What is the Cost?
    1. Dothealth comes with 3 levels of Memberships.
      1. Bronze Member - Free
      2. Silver Member - US$1200/year
      3. Gold Member - US$1800/year
    2. Try the dothealth bronze membership to begin with if you are unsure of the level of service your business needs.
  2. Can a legal firm register?
    1. Yes a legal firm can register with dothealth if it deals in with the healthcare vertical.
      1. Note : All Professional organisations
        1. All professional organisations can register with dothealth i.e. legal , accounting , marketing , various consultancies etc till they provide services to the healthcare marketplace.
  3. How do I register?
    1. You can register your company profile by completing a small form available on www.dothealth.com.
    2. You can click on the register now button to begin the registration process.
  4. How do I activate my account?
    1. Once the registration process is complete the information is submitted to the dothealth team.
    2. Dothealth will send an email to the registered administrator at the email address provided for verification.
    3. The verification email will have an account activation link which also verifies that we have the correct email address for your company.
    4. The dothealth team will then review the information provided regarding the company and approve the account to be added to the database.
  5. How can I update my company contact details?
    1. Log on to www.dothealth.com and click on the login link on the top left corner of the page.
    2. Use the login details provided to access your account.
    3. At this stage you will be provided with various options to edit your company details.
    4. Click on the appropriate link and change the details required.
    5. Click on update to confirm the changes.
    6. This change will take affect immediately in our database.
  6. Can I register on dothealth if my company does not have a website?
    1. Unfortunately you cannot register a company with out a website address.
    2. If you plan to launch a website you have registered a temporary/permanent domain, then please use those details to create your dothealth account and update them when required.
  7. I have entered my company details but they do not show up in dothealth search
    1. Once you submit your company details with dothealth, it gets reviewed by the dothealth team for accuracy and compliance with regulatory laws. The dothealth team will approve or disapprove all accounts with 4-5 business days.
    2. The profile will be added to the database and will searchable immediately after this process.
